I had a really comfortable stay at this luxurious hotel. The view from my room was absolutely stunning, overlooking the beautiful hills. The staff here were very professional, friendly, and helpful. They made sure that I had everything I needed during my stay. The room itself was new and modern, equipped with a safe deposit box and a kettle. I appreciated the complimentary mineral water, tea, coffee, and sugar that were provided. The bed mattress and pillows were so comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I really enjoyed my stay here and I will definitely come back again.
This place is definitely recommended for everyone.

The hotel offered a beautiful view overlooking the Dago hills. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. The room was new and modern, equipped with convenient amenities such as a safe deposit box and kettle. The bed mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

The view was absolutely breathtaking! And the price was fantastic for what we got. It was also conveniently located near everything we needed. One of the best parts was the comfortable bed, which made for a good night's sleep. the staff was kind and responsive to our needs.
The bathroom amenities could use an upgrade. the towels and linens were worn out, which made them unpleasant to use.

The hotel was situated far from the lively areas and the road leading to the hotel was bad, but the view of the city from the rooftop was beautiful. the front cafe served good coffee and the staff there was friendly. the breakfast was average but the bacon was crispy.
The room was disappointing, it lacked maintenance with old painted walls, and electrical issues. the noise from outside was quite loud because of the poor sound insulation, making it difficult to have a peaceful sleep.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the stunning view of the city from the balcony and rooftop, and the delicious strawberry juice. The hotel was also easy to reach via Cukangkawung Street. We appreciated the cleanliness and the friendly staff.
